Immunisations – active health protection
Before you go away on holiday: make sure you obtain information in good time as to which vaccinations are required. BIG pays for travel vaccinations that are recommended for your destination by the Auswärtiges Amt (German Foreign Office) and the Permanent High Commission on Vaccination at the Robert-Koch-Institut.
Which vaccination for which country?
The Auswärtiges Amt provides updated travel information on the Internet. There you can find out which vaccinations are currently recommended for your destination. You can also obtain detailed advice from your doctor or at the institutes of tropical medicine providing an advisory service.
