Getting back in shape fast after childbirth
Pelvic floor exercises will help you to strengthen your stomach and pelvic floor muscles after pregnancy. BIG will pay for you to attend a suitable course held by a midwife for a maximum of ten sessions in a group of up to ten participants at the contractually agreed rates. Prerequisite: you start the course within the first four months after childbirth and complete the course by the end of the ninth month after childbirth.
