Using your BIG health insurance card, you have access to all licensed doctors and dentists in Germany. Just present your BIG health insurance card, we will cover the costs.
No quarterly surcharge for health screening
Health screening is a particular priority for BIG. There is no quarterly surcharge (Praxisgebühr) due in the case of any check-ups or health screening exams. Policyholders under the age of 18 are generally exempt from the quarterly surcharge.
