Choose your Health Trainer programme
Find out details of what is involved, read the conditions of eligibility and participation and choose your wellness course immediately. You can see whether there are still any free places for each course. You can then enrol for your course with just a few clicks.
Eligibility and participation
You will be sent an invitation by e-mail.
Once you have enrolled for a course, you will be sent confirmation and shortly before the course starts you will get a personal invitation by e-mail with your login details and a link, which will take you straight to the Health Trainer programme. Use this link to reach your virtual classroom on the day of the class.
